Hi there.

I am an empathetic design leader focused on making the complex feel simple.

I believe great design is the ultimate tool for clarity, and I’ve spent 15+ years leading multidisciplinary teams to craft digital experiences that are as intuitive as they are innovative.

By blending a passion for high-end UI craft with data-driven UX strategy, I lead cross-functional collaborations that transform 'complicated' into 'accessible,' ensuring every product we ship delivers both client delight and measurable impact.

I enjoy solving a complicated UX problem as much as illustrating icons, infographics or designing highly functioning forms and I have a soft spot for beautiful typography. My background is a traditional graphic design degree and therefor my focus of my career has always been on the user interface side of digital experience from crafting beautiful interfaces to help build highly passionate creative teams.

Orchestrate a multidisciplinary team of UX, UI, content, and research specialists to define and execute the future-state vision for global payment experiences.

Spearhead a strategic future-state initiative to simplify complex money-movement ecosystems, redesigning selection flows to intuitively guide users through various transfer and payment options.

Drive high-fidelity alignment by creating a cohesive Transfer & Pay vision, revising legacy patterns into a unified, high-performing UI framework.

Defined the visual strategy and quality standards for the Truist Business Segment, maintaining brand integrity through a high-profile merger.

Pioneered the UI practice within the bank, scaling the team from the ground up and establishing foundational design processes, implementing foundational tools and processes.
