From coverage to claims and homepage redesigns and designing team materials

Supported the creation of multiple design concepts to help sell the digital team’s desire to rebuild the homepage to the rest of the organization. Pieces of the original design concepts that supported the main user needs that were later confirmed through user testing were then chosen to create a final for the StateFarm homepage design that was later executed and built.

In this fast and focused team effort, a first trial of this type of team effort at StateFarm, drove to the creation and build of a redesign of the claims page on StateFarm’s site that aimed to help clarify the claim’s process to users as well as improved more accurate digital claims submissions.
